How to print the Traveler 9 Administration Guide

Anyone found a reasonable way of Printing the Traveler 9 Administration Guide. I find it very unhandy using just the wiki. I need a printed document that I can use for making notations on what I learn and changes I make. There does not seem to be a way to either print the whole guide or do download it as a PDF or something similar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
